The connection layer. ChatBridge runs 24/7 as a system service, monitoring Google Chat for messages, routing DMs to the right agent, and making sure no request goes unanswered. If you message any agent in Chat, ChatBridge is the one who picks it up.
The task watcher. Monitors Asana for new tasks, comments, and reassignments. When something changes in your Asana projects, this agent notices and makes sure the right fleet member picks it up.
